An activation, from setup to report

Set up the event gallery
Create a guest gallery on the event. It gets a short link, a QR code and printable signs, in a template that suits the party, with your logo.
Connect the booth
Booth integrations send sessions and shares in as they happen; a tethered camera can feed the hot-folder uploader instead.
Run it live
Photos appear for guests without refreshing, a big-screen slideshow plays on a TV, and moderation holds anything you want to check first.
Report and rebook
Share the activation report by link, in the client portal or as a PDF, with a Book again button that copies the event’s proposal into a new draft.

A gallery that is busy while the dance floor is.

Live mode pushes new photos to every guest who has the gallery open, with a polling fallback for weak venue Wi-Fi. Guest uploads can go into their own set, held for your review by default, and every photo has a report button.

When a guest shares a booth photo to their email or phone, Semuko can send them a link to their own photos. Texts go only to guests who asked by text or agreed to texts. These messages are transactional and rate-limited, and they never add anyone to your marketing.

The activation report shows booth sessions, photos, shares and unique guests who opted in to marketing, plus cost per lead from the event's invoices or an amount you type. It is computed live, and anything Semuko could not measure says "Not tracked". QR scans, for example, are counted inside link opens because the printed signs use the same link, and the report says so.

Questions studios ask

Which booth software works with Semuko galleries?

Snappic, Simple Booth, dslrBooth and TouchPix have integrations. Other setups can send photos through the hot-folder uploader or the public API.

Do guests have to give their email to see photos?

Only if you choose. Guest capture can be off, required before viewing, or required only before downloading.

Are guests who give an email counted as leads?

Only if they tick a marketing box. Both boxes start unticked, and the report counts unique guests who opted in.

Can the gallery show on a big screen at the event?

Yes. Every live gallery has a big-screen slideshow link that plays new photos as they arrive. Moderated photos only show after you approve them.

Does the report count QR code scans?

Scans are counted within link opens. The printed signs share the gallery link, so the report says "Not tracked separately" for scans instead of guessing a number.
