Weddings and events
One wedding CRM for the whole vendor team
A wedding is a couple and a dozen businesses that all need the same date, the same timeline and a signed contract. Semuko is the CRM each of those businesses can run on: inquiry, proposal, contract, payment plan, questionnaires, crew and day-of timeline.
Pick your trade below. Each page shows the setup that trade actually needs, not a generic CRM with the word wedding added.

Built per trade, shared core
Every trade gets the same core (one client record, proposals, contracts, payments, portal). Each page walks through how that trade sells, books and delivers in Semuko.

How it fits a wedding
From first inquiry to the last invoice
One couple, every event underneath
The couple is the client. The engagement session, the wedding and any later booking sit under that one record, so history does not split across projects.Inquiry, proposal, contract, retainer
Inquiry forms and questionnaires, package proposals and contracts, and a retainer collected in the same flow.Payment plans for long engagements
Weddings are booked a year or more out. Split balances into scheduled payments with Stripe, Square, PayPal and other processors.Day-of timelines the couple can approve
Build a run-of-show with event timelines. Couples comment and approve from their client portal.Crews, second shooters and kits
Assign staff with staff scheduling and track gear with equipment kits for booths, DJ rigs and camera bags.Busy work in one queue

FAQ
Wedding CRM questions
What is a wedding CRM?
A wedding CRM keeps every inquiry, couple, booking, contract, invoice and timeline for a wedding business in one place. Semuko does this for wedding and event vendors: leads, questionnaires, proposals, contracts, payment plans, client portal, scheduling and event timelines.
Which wedding vendors is Semuko built for?
Photographers, videographers, wedding and event planners, venues, florists and decor, DJs and entertainment, photo booth operators, and hair and makeup artists each have a dedicated page. Officiants can also pick their trade at signup.
Can one couple book several services or events with me?
Yes. Semuko keeps the couple as one client with every event underneath, so an engagement session, the wedding and a later album or anniversary booking stay on the same record instead of separate projects.
Does Semuko do seating charts or floor plans?
No. Semuko does not include seating charts, floor layouts or guest list management. If those are central to your planning work, a planning tool such as Aisle Planner covers them, and Semuko may fit beside it or not at all.
How much does Semuko cost for a wedding business?
Plans are Essentials at $39.95 a month, Studio Pro at $79.99 a month and Agency Unlimited at $149.99 a month, with 10% off annual billing. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card.
Can I move from HoneyBook or Dubsado?
Yes. Semuko has free importers for both: export CSV files from HoneyBook or Dubsado and the import wizard maps them into clients, leads, events and payment history (guides at /switch/honeybook and /switch/dubsado), and the founder helps people plan a move. Many studios finish current weddings in the old tool and book new inquiries in Semuko.
