Works with Simple Booth
Paste a Simple Booth API token, map a preset or device to a Semuko event, and data capture submissions arrive as booth guests on that event.
Uses the Simple Booth API, which Simple Booth offers on its Pro and Select plans.
New captures are checked every 15 minutes, or on demand
Presets and devices are matched to events by date and name
Terms and privacy checkboxes are not marketing consent
Guests type their name and email at the booth. Then it sits in a dashboard nobody opens after the event.
Exporting a guest list per event by hand
Captures for a mapped preset or device are imported as booth guests on the Semuko event, with a CSV export from the event.
Working out which booth was at which event
Semuko lists the presets and devices it has seen with their capture dates and suggests the Semuko event on those dates.
Guessing who agreed to hear from you
Only a yes to an opt-in question marks a guest OK to market. Texts need an SMS-specific opt-in.
A token, a mapping, and Semuko keeps checking.
In your Simple Booth dashboard, create an API token. The API is part of the Pro and Select plans.
Open Settings, then Preferences, then Integrations, and choose Simple Booth. Paste the token and click Test connection.
Pick the Semuko event for each preset, or for a device on a given day. Suggestions use capture dates and names.
Semuko imports new captures every 15 minutes. Click Sync now right after an event if you want them sooner.

The fields Simple Booth returns for each data capture.
First and last name, email, phone, birth date, postal code and your custom form questions, on the event.
Semuko remembers the last capture it imported, so a sync never adds the same guest twice.
Captures from a preset you have not mapped yet wait and import as soon as you map it.
Your token is encrypted at rest and only sent to the Simple Booth API.
Off by default. When on, Semuko asks Simple Booth to permanently delete a guest's personal information after it is imported.
Booth guests stay off your leads pipeline unless you turn on lead creation for opted-in guests or for everyone.
Works better together
One platform means fewer tabs, fewer tools, and one source of truth for your business.
