Works with Snappic

Keep Snappic for the booth.Run the business around it in Semuko.

Paste one webhook URL into Snappic and Semuko counts booth sessions on the event, adds the Snappic gallery link, and saves guest contacts from shares, surveys and competition entries.

Uses Snappic custom webhooks, which Snappic offers on its Premium and Scale plans.

Signed

Every delivery is checked against your webhook secret

Once

Snappic retries never count a session twice

Opt-in only

Guests are marked OK to market only when they said yes

The booth knows things your CRM should too

Snappic captures the sessions and the guests. The booking, the contract and the follow-up live somewhere else.

Copying the gallery link into the event after every booking

The first session for a mapped event adds the Snappic microsite link as the event gallery, if the event does not have one yet. Your "Gallery is live" workflow runs once.

Guest emails stuck in a Snappic export

Guests who share a photo, answer your survey or win a competition are saved on the event under Booth guests, with a CSV export.

Not knowing how busy the booth actually was

Each session webhook adds one to the event session count, so you can see it next to the package you sold.

How Snappic connects to Semuko

About five minutes, once. Then each event you map fills in on its own.

  1. 1

    Copy your Semuko webhook URL

In Semuko, open Settings, then Preferences, then Integrations, and choose Snappic. Copy the webhook URL.

  2. 2

    Add it in Snappic

In the Snappic event's settings, add a custom webhook with that HTTPS URL for Session, Share, Survey and Competition win.

  3. 3

    Paste the secret and verify

Copy the webhook secret Snappic shows, paste it in Semuko, click Verify, then Send Test in Snappic. Semuko shows whether the signature matched.

  4. 4

    Map the Snappic event

Pick the Semuko event for each Snappic event, or create a separate URL per event. Deliveries that arrive first wait and import once mapped.

What Semuko does with Snappic webhooks

Only the four webhook types Snappic documents: session, share, survey and competition win.

Booth session count

Each session (photo, GIF, video or AI capture) is counted once on the event, even when Snappic retries a delivery.

Gallery link on the event

The microsite link from the first session becomes the event gallery link when none is set, and appears in the client portal and {gallery_link}.

Booth guests list

Shares, survey answers and competition winners are stored as guests on the event, merged by email or phone.

Consent stays honest

Sharing a photo to yourself is not marketing consent. A guest is marked OK to market only from an explicit opt-in answer, and texts need SMS-specific consent.

Signature check

Semuko checks Snappic's X-Signature HMAC with your secret and rejects deliveries that do not match.

Leads only if you want them

Booth guests stay off your leads pipeline by default. Turn on lead creation for opted-in guests, or for everyone, per integration.
