The gallery fills up while the party is still going.

An event guest gallery opens from a short link or a QR code on the table. Booth photos, your camera uploads and guest uploads appear while the event runs, and the client gets a report afterwards.

In every plan. No face scanning: guests find photos by set, by browsing, or from the photos they shared.

How a live event gallery runs

  1. Create a guest gallery

It gets a short /e/ link, a QR code and printable signs. No password by default; add an event PIN and the gallery asks for it.

  2. Photos arrive live

From a hot-folder uploader, booth integrations or the public API. Guests see them appear without refreshing, and a big-screen slideshow link runs on a TV.

  3. Moderate what shows

Turn on moderation and new photos wait for your approval. Guest uploads go to their own set, held for review by default, with a report button on every photo.

  4. Send the report

After the event, share an activation report with your client: sessions, photos, shares and leads who opted in, with a link to book again.

Ask for an email only when it is worth it.

Guest capture is optional: never, before viewing, or only before downloading. When it is on, two marketing boxes, one for email and one for texts, start unticked and are never implied. Only a guest who ticks one counts as a lead in the report.

A booth guest who shared a photo to their email or phone can get a link to their photos. Texts go only to guests who asked by text or gave consent for texts; a phone number on its own is never enough. These messages are transactional, sent once per booth session and rate-limited.

An activation report that does not invent numbers.

The report is computed live from what Semuko saw: booth sessions, photos, shares, unique guests who opted in to marketing, and cost per lead from the event's invoices. Anything Semuko did not measure reads "Not tracked" instead of showing zero.

QR scans are a good example. The printed signs use the same link as everything else, so scans are counted inside link opens, and the report says "Not tracked separately" rather than guessing. Share the report by link, in the client portal or as a PDF.

Works with the booth software you already run.

Booth integrations send sessions and shares into the event gallery. See the integration pages for Snappic, Simple Booth, dslrBooth and TouchPix. A camera tethered to a laptop works through the hot-folder uploader.

Questions studios ask

Do guests need an app to see the live gallery?

No. They scan the QR code or open the short link in their phone’s browser. If the gallery has an event PIN, they type it once.

Can I stop inappropriate guest uploads from showing?

Yes. Guest uploads are held for your approval by default, and you can turn on moderation for every new photo. Held photos stay hidden until you approve them, and every photo has a report button.

Do you use face recognition to find guests’ photos?

No. Semuko does not scan faces. Guests browse by set, and booth guests can get a link to the photos they shared to their own email or phone.

Are guests added to my marketing list automatically?

No. Marketing boxes start unticked, and only a guest who ticks one is counted as a lead or can receive marketing from you.

Are QR code scans counted in the report?

Scans are included in link opens. The printed signs do not carry a separate tag, so the report says "Not tracked separately" for scans instead of guessing.
