The vendor team shares the photos. You get the referrals.

DJs and planners sit in the middle of every event. When your company shoots photos, runs a booth or collects the day’s images, Semuko turns them into credited sneak peeks for each vendor, a guest gallery for the room, and a record of who sends you work.

In every plan. For DJ companies, planners and multi-service event teams.

After the event, in four moves

  1. Gather the photos

Upload your team’s photos or booth sessions to the event gallery, in sets like Ceremony, First dance and Party.

  2. Open a guest gallery

Put the QR code on the DJ booth or the welcome sign so guests open the photos from their phones, behind an optional PIN.

  3. Send vendor packs

Semuko suggests a pack for each vendor and the venue from the event’s vendor list. Add your credit line and terms, and send.

  4. Watch who sends work

Each pack links that vendor to a private referral source, so the partners who refer you show up with their leads.

A sneak peek every vendor opens.

Florists, venues, caterers and photographers all want photos of their work. Each gets their own link with up to 40 photos, your credit line and your usage terms. They type their name to accept, then download web-size copies. A pack that was never opened gets one reminder after 3 days, and you can turn any link off.

Packs are never offered for sensitive galleries or when the couple declined sharing, and that check runs on every vendor request. More on vendor sneak peeks.

One shared gallery for the whole room.

An event guest gallery opens from a short link or QR code. Photos can appear live during the event, guest uploads can be collected into their own set and held for your review, and an optional email step comes with marketing boxes that start unticked.

It is the same gallery the couple sees, so nobody hunts through three group chats for the photos. Details on live and guest galleries.

Planned in Semuko, delivered in Semuko.

The vendor list that drives the sneak peeks is the one on your event, so the people you coordinated with on the day are the people who get photos afterwards. Galleries sit on the event next to the proposal, contract, invoices and the event timeline.

The business side lives in the same account

This page is about delivering work in galleries. Inquiries, proposals, contracts, invoices and scheduling are covered on the CRM pages for your trade, and they share the same client record as every gallery.

Questions studios ask

I am a DJ, not a photographer. Do galleries make sense for me?

If your company shoots photos, runs a photo booth, or collects photos from the event, yes. Galleries share them with the couple, the guests and every vendor, with your name on them.

Where do the vendor suggestions come from?

From the vendors and venue on the event, their type, the gallery’s set names, featured photos and file names. Semuko does no image analysis.

Can I track which vendors refer clients to me?

Yes. Sending a pack links that vendor or venue to a private referral source, and the Vendor sneak peeks tab shows packs, views, files and leads for each partner.

Can guests upload their own photos?

Yes, if you turn it on. Guest uploads go to their own set with size and type limits, and are held for your approval by default.

How is this different from the DJ and planner CRM pages?

Those pages cover booking and running the event: inquiries, proposals, contracts, timelines. This page covers sharing the photos afterwards. Both use the same event and client record.
