How a sneak peek goes out

Semuko suggests the packs
Suggestions come from the vendors and venue on the event, their type, your set names, featured photos and file names. There is no image analysis.
Pick up to 40 photos each
Add your credit line, usage terms, a note and an optional expiry. Each vendor gets a private link of their own.
They accept, then download
The vendor types their name to accept the terms you wrote, and downloads web-size JPEGs. Their acceptance is stored with the terms they saw.
One reminder, then quiet
A pack that was never opened gets one reminder, after 3 days by default. Turn a link off at any time and it stops working.

Write the terms the way you would say them: website and social with credit, no paid ads without asking. The vendor types their name to accept before anything downloads, and Semuko keeps a copy of exactly what they agreed to. Downloads carry the gallery's watermark settings on the previews, and when the gallery uses forensic marks, each vendor's downloads get their own code, so a copy can be traced back to their pack.

Sending a pack links that vendor or venue to a private referral source, so leads recorded with that source count toward them. The Vendor sneak peeks tab lists packs, views, files and leads per partner, which makes it easy to see who is worth a coffee.

Consent comes first.

Sneak peeks are never available for sensitive galleries, event guest galleries, or galleries where the client declined sharing. The check runs again on every vendor request, so changing your mind later takes effect at once. When the client has not been asked yet, Semuko shows a warning before you send.

Vendor downloads are logged with the gallery's downloads.
They do not trigger your client's download workflows.

Do vendors need a Semuko account?

No. Each vendor gets a private link. They type their name to accept your terms, then download web-size photos.

How many photos can I send each vendor?

Up to 40 per pack, one pack per vendor or venue on the event.

Can I take a link back?

Yes. Turn off a vendor’s link at any time and it stops working. You can also set an expiry date when you send it.

Will vendors get photos from boudoir or private sessions?
