Works with dslrBooth
Create a trigger URL for a Semuko event, paste it in dslrBooth, and booth sessions, printed copies and the fotoShare link land on that event.
Uses the URL triggers in dslrBooth and LumaBooth for Windows (Settings, General, Triggers). Triggers are sent from the booth PC, so it must be online.
Each Semuko event gets its own trigger URL
Counted from session start and printing triggers
The fotoShare link is added only when the event has no gallery link
Session and print counts stay on the booth PC, and the gallery link gets copied by hand after the event.
Guessing how busy the booth was
Each session start is counted on the Semuko event. A repeated trigger within 20 seconds counts once.
Not knowing how many prints went out
The copies from each printing trigger are added up on the event, next to the session count.
Copying the gallery link into every email
The fotoShare link from the first upload becomes the event gallery link, so your emails and client portal can use it.
One URL per event, pasted into the booth software.
Open Settings, then Preferences, then Integrations, and choose dslrBooth / LumaBooth.
Pick the Semuko event and create its trigger URL. The random part of the URL works like a password.
On the booth PC, open Settings, General, Triggers and add the URL. Change it before each event.
Sessions, prints and the fotoShare link arrive while the booth PC is online.
Start a free trial and set up dslrBooth under Settings, Integrations.
Only the triggers that tell you something about the event.
Counted from session_start, with a 20 second window against repeats.
The number of copies from each printing trigger, added up per event.
From the file_upload trigger, only fotoshare.co links, and only if the event has no gallery link yet. You can turn this off.
Countdown and capture triggers are answered and dropped. They never touch your data.
dslrBooth sends triggers from the booth computer. If it is offline during a session, that trigger is not sent.
Triggers carry no guest names, emails or phone numbers, so none are stored.
Works better together
One platform means fewer tabs, fewer tools, and one source of truth for your business.
