Review the cut, then deliver the film, in one link.
Wedding and brand videographers send a review cut, collect notes pinned to the frame, post the next version, and deliver the final films with streaming playback. The client never juggles a review tool and a download link.
In every plan. Notes export to DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro.
Highlight film, v2Export notes: Resolve EDL, Premiere XML, CSV
A film, from first cut to delivery
Upload the review cut
Drop the highlight into the client’s gallery and open a review on it as version 1, with the rounds their package includes.
Notes land on frames
The couple or the brand team pause, step a frame, and leave a note or circle the spot. Questions thread under each note.
Fix, export, repost
Export open notes as Resolve or Premiere markers, fix them on your timeline, resolve them in Semuko and post version 2.
Deliver the finals
Make the gallery video-first: the hero film opens the page, then the full ceremony and clips, then any photos.
Scope creep has a number now.
The contract says two rounds. The gallery says two rounds too, and shows the client how many are left. When billing for extras is on, the round after that creates a draft invoice at your price, so the conversation about a third pass happens before you do it rather than after.
Rounds, notes and approvals stay on the client record with the contract and invoices. For the business side of a video studio, see CRM for videographers.
Revision rounds on this film
1 used of 2 included. 1 left before extras.
Delivery that plays on a phone in a parking lot.
Films are encoded into several qualities so playback adjusts to the connection, and only people who can open the gallery can stream them. Grid tiles show a poster frame and a short preview loop. When you allow downloads, clients save a web MP4 of up to 1080p, or your original file if you allow original-size downloads.
- Photos and films in the same sets, so a hybrid team delivers once.
- A watermark can sit on posters the same way it does on photos.
- Films count toward storage like photos, or live in your own bucket.
Teasers and slideshows, with music you own.
Build a slideshow from the gallery for the couple to share, or a short reel you can schedule to Instagram and TikTok from Semuko. Tracks are your own uploads with a rights checkbox; Semuko never bundles or streams third-party music.
More detail on video and film review and the gallery templates, including the Cinema layout with a playing stage and a thumbnail rail.
The business side lives in the same account
This page is about delivering work in galleries. Inquiries, proposals, contracts, invoices and scheduling are covered on the CRM pages for your trade, and they share the same client record as every gallery.

Questions studios ask
Can clients review a film and leave notes at exact timecodes?
Yes. They pause, step frame by frame and leave a note at that frame, with an optional drawing on the picture. Notes thread so you can answer questions in place.
How do notes get into my editing timeline?
Export them as a DaVinci Resolve marker EDL, a Premiere Pro XML sequence with markers, a marker CSV or a full CSV. Timecodes are non-drop-frame on the film’s own frame rate.
Can I deliver photos and video in the same gallery?
Yes. Films and photos sit in the same sets. A video-first gallery opens on the hero film, then the other clips, then the photos.
Can I limit how many revision rounds a client gets?
Yes. Set the included rounds. The client sees how many are left, and with billing for extras turned on, the next round creates a draft invoice at the price you set.
Is this different from the videographer CRM page?
Yes. The CRM page covers briefs, proposals, contracts and invoicing. This page covers reviewing and delivering films. They share one client record.
