Every plan includes 50 GB, private and never served from a public URL. Galleries read through a session-checked proxy.
Add a tier when you need it
1 TB $12, 3 TB $29, 10 TB $99 a month. You get an email at 80% and at 100%, once each, and published galleries keep working when you are full.
Or bring your own bucket
Connect AWS S3, Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2, Wasabi or IDrive e2. Originals stay in your account and are never counted against a Semuko quota.
Archive and back up
Move finished galleries to a cheaper class where your provider offers one, and back up originals to your own Dropbox or Google Drive.

With your own storage connected, you pay your provider directly at their price, and Semuko adds nothing on top. Display copies of every photo also live on Semuko storage, so a gallery stays online even if your bucket has a bad day. A nightly health check writes, reads and deletes a small test file in each connected bucket and tells you when one stops working.

Nothing is deleted for you.

Going over your storage or a lapsed payment never deletes a gallery. Over the quota, new uploads pause with clear options: a bigger tier, freeing up space, or connecting your own bucket. If a payment lapses, everything keeps working for 7 days; after that, client links show a friendly unavailable page until billing is sorted, and the links, codes and QR codes stay the same.

Cold storage for originals on Amazon S3 (Glacier) and Cloudflare R2 (Infrequent Access), with restore when you need them.
Backups to Dropbox or Google Drive are checked file by file and resume after interruptions.

Your first year of 1 TB Semuko storage is on us. The offer is for studios moving from another gallery platform, with any yearly plan, and after the first year it renews at the normal yearly storage price unless you remove it. The importer is free: each zip or folder becomes a gallery and subfolders become sets.

Which storage providers can I connect?

Any S3-compatible bucket: AWS S3, Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2, Wasabi and IDrive e2 are supported by name, plus other S3-compatible services. Semuko charges nothing for storage you bring.

What happens when I run out of storage?

Published galleries keep working. New uploads to Semuko storage pause until you add a tier, free up space or connect your own bucket. You get an email at 80% and at 100%.

If my own bucket goes down, do my galleries go down?

No. Display copies are always kept on Semuko storage too, so clients can keep viewing. Downloads of originals need your bucket to be reachable.

Does Semuko ever delete galleries automatically?

No. Over quota or a late payment never deletes a gallery. An optional auto-archive rule, off by default, can move inactive galleries to a cheaper instant-read class; it never deletes.
