Private galleries that stay where you put them.

Mark a gallery sensitive and its photos and title never leave the gallery page: not in emails, texts, link previews, vendor packs, stories or your marketing. Boudoir sessions can be marked sensitive automatically.

In every plan. Sensitive galleries ask for a password by default and open on a privacy screen.

How a sensitive gallery is kept private

  1. It is marked for you

Event types can carry “Galleries from this type are sensitive”, on for Boudoir by default. A workflow step or your own switch can mark any gallery too.

  2. Delivery says nothing

Emails, texts and push use a neutral studio card and a discreet subject, so “Hollis & Vine: your gallery” is all a shared inbox shows.

  3. The gallery opens gently

A password by default, then a privacy screen. Photos can stay blurred until the client taps, and blur again when they switch away.

  4. Nothing leaks sideways

No vendor packs, stories, portfolio, reels, live screen or guest uploads. Derivatives carry no EXIF at all, and opens and downloads are logged.

Blurred until they choose to look.

Clients often open a gallery on a phone, somewhere other people can see the screen. A sensitive gallery can keep photos softly blurred until the client taps, and blur again when they switch apps or tabs. Link previews in messaging apps show a generic card and are kept out of search engines.

In the Glowsake app, coming soon to the App Store and Google Play, Screenshot Shield is on by default for sensitive galleries: it blocks screenshots on Android and, on iPhone, lets the client know the studio can see when one is taken.

  • Photos never appear in emails, texts or link previews.
  • The gallery softly blurs when the client switches away.
  • Only people with the link and password can open it.

Theft protection, honestly described.

Pair a sensitive gallery with watermarks that vary on every photo and invisible forensic marks. In our tests on 90 photos, the mark was found after JPEG re-saving, resizing to half size and 10% crops in at least 98% of cases, and after browser-style screenshots in 81%. If a copy turns up, Trace a leaked photo shows which gallery and download it came from.

No watermark or hidden mark is removal-proof. Heavy edits, tight crops and AI tools can remove them. The full method and numbers are on photo theft protection.

Selling albums and prints, discreetly.

Boudoir clients still buy albums and wall art. Proofing, album proofing and the print store all work in sensitive galleries. Sales emails send no photos and use a discreet subject, and clients can unsubscribe from gallery offers in one click.

  • Downloads can stay locked until the session balance is paid.
  • An access log records opens, downloads and reveals for your peace of mind.
  • Album proofs open inside the private gallery. See album proofing.

Questions studios ask

Will photos from a boudoir session appear in delivery emails?

No. When a gallery is sensitive, emails, texts and push notifications use a neutral studio card and a discreet subject such as “Hollis & Vine: your gallery”, with no photos.

Can boudoir galleries be marked sensitive automatically?

Yes. Event types can be set so their galleries are sensitive, and it is on for the Boudoir type by default. A workflow step, an automation rule or your own switch on the gallery also works; your manual choice wins.

What does a link preview show if the client shares the link?

A generic card with no photo and no gallery title, and the page is marked so search engines do not index it.

Can a client screenshot a private gallery?

On the web, no website can stop a screenshot. Forensic marks help you trace a copy. In the Glowsake app, coming soon, Screenshot Shield blocks screenshots on Android and notifies the client on iPhone, where blocking is not possible.

Are sensitive galleries ever used in my marketing?

No. They are excluded from vendor sneak peeks, blog stories, portfolios, reels, social posts, slideshow share links and the live screen.
