How an ordering session runs
Schedule it on the gallery
Pick a time, optionally as a booking on your calendar, and add a Zoom or Google Meet link if you want to talk face to face. The call is optional.
The client joins from an invite
Their invitation link checks their email the way a magic link does, then opens the session in their browser. No app, no account.
You present, they follow
Show one photo, compare two to four side by side, play a slideshow, preview wall art in a room, and walk through your price sheet together.
They check out at the end
Each item you add lands in the client’s normal gallery cart, so they pay once through the usual store checkout on a Semuko invoice.

Room previews are measured in inches, so a 30x45 canvas and the sofa under it sit at their real sizes on a wall of known width. Pick one of the built-in rooms, change the size or frame, and the preview follows on the client's screen.

Why remote sessions sell differently.
In a session you can talk through the story of the day, narrow a favorite set with them, and show what a large print looks like in their space. The order is built while you are both there, and it uses your own price sheet, gift cards and coupons.

Questions studios ask
Do I need Zoom for an ordering session?
No. The client’s screen follows yours inside the gallery whether or not you are on a call. Add a Zoom or Google Meet link to the session if you want to talk while you present.
How does the client pay?
Everything you add goes into the client’s normal gallery cart. At the end they check out through the store, which creates a Semuko invoice paid through your own merchant account.
Which plans include ordering sessions?
Ordering sessions are part of Galleries Pro, included on Studio Pro and Agency Unlimited and $15 a month as an add-on on Essentials. The free trial includes it.
Are the room sizes accurate?
The rooms are drawn in inches with a known wall width and furniture size, so prints show at true scale relative to the room. You can change the wall width to match the client’s wall; it is still a guide to proportion rather than a measurement of their home.
Can I compare photos side by side?
Yes. Compare two to four photos at once on the client’s screen, then add the one they choose to the cart.
