Service Agreement
Parties

Services
[Your business] will provide the video production described in your proposal or invoice.
Fees and payment
Your date is reserved once this agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due as shown on your invoice.
Rescheduling and cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a new date.

Footage and usage
You receive a license to share your final film for personal use. Raw footage is not included unless it is listed in your proposal.
Licensed music is chosen by [Your business] so the film can be shared online. Songs you request may not be licensable for online sharing.
Edits, audio and drone
Your proposal lists the included revision round. Further changes are billed hourly. Audio depends on access to the DJ or band sound board and on microphones being allowed during the ceremony.
Drone footage is captured only where the venue and local rules allow it and the weather is safe to fly. No refund is due if drone coverage is not possible on the day.
